What this site does with your information
This website asks you for nothing unless you send one of its forms, use the chat assistant or book a conversation on Robin’s calendar, and it keeps nothing on your device beyond your cookie choice and what makes the page work. Robin’s Instagram, LinkedIn and Google-review panels are drawn by Elfsight and load unless you reject them; page-speed analytics stays off until you switch it on. Anything you send through a form goes to Robin Patel, a REALTOR® with The Agency Toronto, so that he can reply to you.

What this page covers
This page describes what this website does with information you give it. It covers this website only. It is not the privacy policy of The Agency Toronto, and it does not describe what happens to your information once you become a client — that is governed by the paperwork you sign with the brokerage.
The enquiry forms
There are two forms on this site: the contact form, and the home-evaluation form. The contact form collects exactly the fields shown on it — your name, your email address, a phone number if you choose to give one, and the message you write. The home-evaluation form collects the same, plus the address of the property you are asking about. Neither form asks for financial information, and you should not put any in one.
When you send either form, the site also notes which page you sent it from and whether it came from a phone, a tablet or a desktop. It records nothing finer than that, and nothing else.
Your message is delivered to Robin via FormSubmit, a third-party form-relay service: this site's own server hands your submission to FormSubmit, and FormSubmit emails it to Robin. FormSubmit does not publish where it is based, so this page cannot tell you which country handles it in transit. It is an interim relay while Robin's own CRM is being set up to receive enquiries directly, and this page will be updated to name that CRM once the changeover happens. Robin uses what it delivers to answer your enquiry and to follow up on it.
Auraviam, the studio that builds and looks after this site, may also keep a copy of each enquiry, together with that page-and-device note, so that it can report to Robin how many enquiries the site produced and where they came from. That copy is used for that report and for nothing else, and asking for your enquiry to be deleted deletes it there too.
Booking a conversation
The “Book a conversation” button on the home page opens Robin’s appointment calendar in a new tab. That calendar is run for him by HighLevel (also known as LeadConnector), a US-based service, at the address api.thereliablerealtor.ca — so although the address looks like part of this site, the page is not, and this policy stops applying the moment you are on it. What you enter there — your name, your email address, your phone number and the time you choose — goes to that service and to Robin, is stored outside Canada, and is handled under HighLevel’s own privacy policy.
That page also sets a Cloudflare security cookie of its own, and it shows a checkbox asking whether you want to receive marketing from Robin. You can leave the box unticked and still book. If you would rather not use a third-party calendar at all, call or text Robin on 647-273-0848 instead.
Cookies and site storage
The consent banner offers three categories. Strictly necessary storage keeps the site working and cannot be switched off: it is your cookie choice itself, and a note that you have already seen the entrance animation. Analytics is off until you switch it on, and what it switches on — Vercel Speed Insights, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, the last of which records a replay of your visit — is described under “Hosting, and what the Analytics switch turns on” below. Third-party content — the Elfsight panels described under “Content loaded from elsewhere” — loads unless you reject it, with “Reject all” or by turning that category off, and rejecting it stops those requests and the storage that comes with them. Two of those panels go further: the WhatsApp button and the chat assistant stay closed until you have positively accepted that category, so they are never on screen while the banner is.
Your choice is stored in your own browser, under the key cookie-consent-v1, and it never leaves your device. Clearing your browser’s site data for this site erases it, and the banner will ask again. You can change your choice at any time with the button below; a panel you have rejected also offers the same control in the space where it would have appeared.
Hosting, and what the Analytics switch turns on
This site is hosted by Vercel, a US company. Like any web host, Vercel receives your IP address, the address of the page you asked for and the kind of browser you are using with every request, and handles that under its own privacy policy. There is no way to serve a website without it.
Switching Analytics on loads three things, and nothing loads until you do. Vercel Speed Insights: a small script, served from this site’s own address, that measures how fast each page loaded for you and sends the reading — the page address, the timings, and a coarse description of your device and connection — to Vercel. It sets no cookie and builds no profile of you.
Google Analytics: which pages you look at, how long you stay, and how you arrived — a search, a link, or typing the address — sent to Google, a US company. It sets cookies in your browser to recognise a return visit. Your IP address is truncated before it is stored.
Microsoft Clarity: the same kind of page-by-page record, and one thing more — it makes a replay of your visit, capturing how your mouse moved, what you clicked and how you scrolled, and sends it to Microsoft, a US company. It sets cookies. It is named here separately because a recording of your visit is a different order of thing from a page-speed timing, and you should know that before you decide rather than after.
All three are off until you switch Analytics on, and switching it off again stops all three at once rather than at your next visit.
Content loaded from elsewhere
Six panels on this site are supplied by Elfsight, a widget service Robin subscribes to. Four of them sit inside a page: his Instagram posts, from his public account @realtorrobinpatel, on the home page; his Google reviews, on the home page and the reviews page; his LinkedIn posts, on the home page and the about page; and the language selector, which is on the guides, the blog posts and the selling and investing pages, and nowhere else. The other two load on every page: the WhatsApp button and the chat assistant. All six are drawn in your browser by a script loaded from elfsightcdn.com, so every one of them is a request from your device to a company other than this site’s host.
The four panels inside a page load unless you have rejected third-party content. The WhatsApp button and the chat assistant do not: they load only once you have positively accepted it, which is why they never appear while the consent banner is still on screen. Elfsight receives what any web server receives when your browser asks it for something, including your IP address, and it may set storage in your browser; its own privacy policy governs what it does with that. Some of the panels also fetch fonts from Google (fonts.googleapis.com), and the language selector does its translating through Google Translate, so Google sees your IP address when those panels load and, if you use the translator, the text of the page it translates.
The chat assistant is the one panel that receives more than that. Anything you type into it — your name, what you are looking for, your budget, your timeline — is sent to Elfsight, which generates the reply. Do not put anything into it you would not put in an email to someone you have not met. If you would rather not use a third party at all, call or text Robin on 647-273-0848, or use the contact form, which posts to this site’s own server.
Separately from what you type, opening the chat assistant tells this site’s own server that the launcher was opened, and Auraviam, the studio that builds and looks after this site, may keep that note for the same monthly report described under “The enquiry forms” above. The note is the page you were on and your device type: no name, no message, nothing you typed. It is sent once per page — opening the assistant again on the same page adds nothing, though opening it again after you move to another page sends a second note — and it is sent whether or not you go on to type anything. Like the panel itself, none of this can happen unless you have accepted third-party content.
Links out to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, REALTOR.ca, rew.ca and WhatsApp are ordinary links, and so is the booking calendar described above. Once you follow one, that company’s own privacy policy applies and this one stops.
Your choices
You can browse this entire site without giving any information at all — every page, guide and area page is readable without a form. If you have sent an enquiry and want it deleted, ask and it will be deleted.
Under Canada’s federal private-sector privacy law you can ask what personal information an organization holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, and withdraw consent to its use.
Several of the companies named on this page are outside Canada: Vercel, HighLevel and Google are US companies, and Elfsight is not a Canadian one. Information any of them receives is stored and handled where they operate, under the laws that apply there. FormSubmit, which relays the enquiry forms to Robin, does not publish where it operates, so this page cannot state its country the way it can for the others.
